2009 - 2013
2009: Company is launched with the primary focus on Leadership and Team Development Workshops
2013: Ginny Telego completes the E3A Advanced Practitioner Certification which both builds her competencies as well as her network
2015 - 2019
2015: Ginny attains E3A Master Trainer status to begin training and certifying other equine assisted learning practitioners.
2015: Ginny joins the Association for Talent Development in order to stay abreast of best practices in learning and development work.
2016: Ginny makes her first international trip to facilitate a group of executive leaders with the Qatar Foundation, in collaboration with a colleague from The Engagement Quotient consulting firm.
2018: Renaming the company to The Collaboration Partners, which better reflects the positive impact of working with Subject Matter experts, locally and internationally.
2019: Personal tragedy strikes, when Ginny looses her home and beloved pets to a house fire. But in true form her resilience kicks in and she pushes to grow her coaching and consulting arms of the business while nurturing the recovery.
2020
2020: Ginny completes her Master's Degree in Business Psychology (Franklin University)
2020: Ginny adds professional memberships in the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) and Society for Human Resource Managers (SHRM) to her portfolio.
2020: The Collaboration Partners does another level of rebranding to establish itself as a serious player in the learning and development field and launches programs specializing in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and online leadership programs.
2021 - 2024
2021: The Collaboration Partners becomes a SHRM Recertification Provider launching The Power Tools to Lead Programs for HR Professionals seeking to develop behavioral competencies and functional knowledge
2023: NeuroTransformational Coach
2023: Reinvention Associate
