Learning Objectives:
Before you can initiate movement towards a goal, you have to know what the goal is. This workshop will provide participants with the opportunity to identify where they want to go and practice setting clear direction to get there. The experiential exercises are focused on discerning what is happening around you and then making decisions on where to guide your team in order to achieve a strategic goal. Following the exercises, our knowledgeable team of facilitators will guide a conversation to help you apply what you learned.

Learning Objectives:
Once direction is set, leaders must figure out how to start moving their team towards the goal by applying the right amount of energy. They also need to be prepared to make course corrections along the way, which requires the ability to gather information from team members and quickly make decisions. Horses provide immediate, unbiased feedback about your energy and whether it will compel them to move as needed. Following the exercises, our knowledgeable team of facilitators will guide a conversation to help you apply what you learned.

Learning Objectives:
Influencing others to move towards your strategic goal involves understanding the role of pressure, as well as how different levels of pressure impact the outcome of your request to move towards the goal. This is by far THE most challenging leadership capability to use because most people use too little pressure (which prevents movement and creates confusion) or too much pressure (which can damage relationships). This workshop session will provide participants with the opportunity to identify barriers to applying the right amount of pressure to get the result they need and practice in real time how to develop assertive pressure to accomplish a goal. Following the exercises, our knowledgeable team of facilitators will guide a conversation to help you apply what you learned.

Learning Objectives:
An important part of leadership development is practicing what is being learned, adjusting as needed, and celebrating success. This workshop will focus on applying the capabilities practiced in the previous three sessions and, most importantly, help participants create an action plan for themselves to continue developing their leadership capabilities. Experiential exercises will provide participants with the opportunity to recognize the success they’ve had and build on that confidence as they move forward in their career. Following the exercises, our knowledgeable team of facilitators will guide a conversation to help you apply what you learned.
