Our Venues for Employee Training Programs

We’re based in North Central Ohio.
We also collaborate Globally and Digitally.

We’re based in Ohio in the United States, where we can host individuals and groups. Our programs and workshops are conducted safely during the pandemic.  We also have a network of hosting facilities nationally and internationally, so we can easily bring our human and equine collaboration to you. Especially important while travel is restricted.
Alternatively, we’re running a number of Online Courses and Workshops providing an equally supportive and engaging ‘learning experience’ with our horses, if you or your team prefer not to travel during these challenging times.

Ohio Workshops

This is our “home” facility in beautiful North Central Ohio. Located halfway between Cleveand and Columbus, we can host groups up to 25 people in an outdoor environment that encourages free-flowing discussions to create powerful team development. Local indoor equine facilities are available to host workshops during inclement weather. We also have access to conference meeting venues to create a multi-day experience for your leadership team. Global Workshops

Through our extensive network of connections across the U.S. and abroad, we can travel to a location that is convenient for your team to participate in an equine assisted leadership workshop.

Online Workshops

If your team isn’t able to gather in person or travel to experience a workshop with us, we have self-guided or facilitated online options to introduce them to the wisdom of the herd and begin a journey to self-awareness to move their leadership forward.​
