Ginny attains E3A Master Trainer status to begin training and certifying other equine assisted learning practitioners.
Ginny joins the Association for Talent Development in order to stay abreast of best practices in learning and development work.
Ginny makes her first international trip to facilitate a group of executive leaders with the Qatar Foundation, in collaboration with a colleague from The Engagement Quotient consulting firm.
A rebranding takes place, and The Collaboration Partners is established to reflect the positive impact of collaborations with other equine assisted learning practitioners to expand the reach of her work across the U.S. and abroad.
Personal tragedy strikes when Ginny loses her home and beloved pets to a house fire. In true form, her resilience kicks in and she pushes to grow her coaching and consulting business despite hurdles during recovery from the fire.
Ginny completes her Master’s Degree in Business Psychology (Franklin University) and adds professional memberships in the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) and Society for Human Resource Managers (SHRM) to her portfolio
The Collaboration Partners does another level of rebranding to establish itself as a serious player in the learning and development field and launches programs specializing in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and online leadership programs.
The Collaboration Partners became a SHRM Recertification Provider launching The Power Tools to Lead Programs for HR Professionals seeking to develop behavioral competencies and functional knowledge
