Our Virtual Course is for anyone who is new to leadership or is moving into a new leadership role and wants to be more effective at guiding others to achieve strategic goals.

Adapted from the powerful leadership workshops that we do in partnership with horses, this course follows the journey of Spencer-an emerging leader in his organization -as he works with the herd at The Collaboration Partners to develop his leadership capabilities of awareness, noticing, and influencing.

All modules begin with an introductory video of the module learning goals and include videos of Spencer interacting with the horses in goal-based activities as well as a video conversation of what Spencer learned about leadership from the exercise.

Course Format:

Each module includes a video of Spencer with the horses. You’ll review a video presentation of key concepts for that unit as well as a video of my coaching conversation with Spencer about his experience with the horses in practising each capability.

Each module also has reflection questions throughout the units to provide you with the opportunity to reflect on the material presented and develop your own self-awareness, which is a key component of building your leadership capabilities.

The final unit in each module will focus on how you can apply the concepts from that unit in your work as a leader –applying the concept in your business environment and team.
